I'm using a peppermint oil based insecticide and some of it got on my hands and whenever I have contact with the surfaces I sprayed it it's on my hands. It feels like the same way you would feel to have Vick's Vapor Rub on your skin and it hard to get it off!. Am I using too much? How do I remove it from my hands and everything else?

I'm getting ready for my sister's baby shower, and one of the presents I'm planning is a sort of "baby bath time gift basket."
Does anyone have a favorite brand for baby products? ie: weleda, jason, dr. woods, etc.

Have you ever tried oil pulling? Supposedly it's one of those things that "helps with whatever's ailin' ya!"

I'm intrigued but skeptical, and I'm interested in anything anyone has to share about it.

Has anyone here heard of or used Nubian Heritage African Black soap? I've bought a bar, and am curious what you think. When I used it in the shower, the froth was grey and even besides that I am not used to seeing froth with natural soaps. The ingredients say:
